I am a big Bakugan fan. I'm bad at coding and art, but I can offer ideas.
You can allow Bakumobs to spawn with normal mobs (Zombies and Pyrus Beestrikers, for example). You can have computer controlled brawlers (generic and maybe ones from the shows, like Dan, Shuji, Magmel, Wiseman, Zenoheld, etc.) You could make it so you can right click to challenge and have a pop up to signal a challenge (examples: You have been challenged by Akira! ACCEPT DECLINE You have been challenged by Ventus Siege! ACCEPT DECLINE) You can have Sealed Bakugan Ore and Sealed Card Ore. Sealed Cards will give you gate cards, ability cards, or even the dreaded Doom card (you can still get Bakugan from Bakugan-specific cards). Sealed Bakugan will give you a Bakugan. You could use Leonidas, Omega Leonidas, Vladitor, and Battle Ax Vladitor. Leonidas and Vladitor could spawn in the Doom Dimension. You could find labeled Bakugan in the Doom Dimension (example: Hydrasaur's Subterra Reaper) that, if it is your's, you could right-click and get back (you have to lose a Bakugan to the Doom Dimension first!) you can take another's Bakugan if you beat that Bakugan by 500 Gs. You could cause a battle to stop time for the world (the sun/moon stop, some iron in the furnace will not have finished any more, mobs can't move) or in a small area for multiplayer. You can allow Bakugan to evolve if they are a part of so many victories or are given a massive source of energy (example Infinity Core) You could have use the Life Force from New Vestoria (losing 1% life force = your Bakugan being beaten by 5 Gs). You could use this brawl format: One person plays gate card, both pick a bakugan, both may use any of their ability cards (up to three) and whoever played gate card may use it. (Next part has two options!) Then they could either: win if they have higher G-power (lower if card says so) OR start attacking each other with G-power deciding how much damage they do (better the G-power, better their strength).

Again, these are just ideas. I personally love the idea that you are making a Bakugan mod.

Welcome to the forum. Thanks for the ideas, many of them are planned features. Some are in the distant future of the mod though.

If you want, I could be an eventual tester. All I would need is what the mod is supposed to do and how to make it do that. Plus I think you should make a creative just for the Bakugan in ball form, as well as spawn eggs for the Bakugan (randomly selects attribute and G-Power) and for the brawler (random named with random deck, unless it is one of the show's characters).

I love that people are getting involved, and submitting ideas (though personally I'd prefer more people working on the mod than more ideas, no offense). 1. well, you won't often find bakugan roaming in full form on earth. I'm not so sure I'd like to have them doing that in the game. If we get around to making New Vestroia (the dimension, not the season, and it likely wouldn't be for a while, making an additional world isn't easy) then we will certainly have bakugan roaming around there. 2. We do plan to introduce NPC mobs (similar to villagers, but can be battled, like in pixelmon) with one of the first releases of the mod, and some may be random, some will be modeled after Bakumobs staff and helpers, and others will be modeled after brawlers in the show. So we WILL have battle-able NPCs (otherwise singleplayer would be pretty boring). I won't go into detail how battling and challenging them will work though. 3. We will likely just have bakugan and cards be dug up randomly as special drops from regular blocks, like dirt and stone. (the deeper you go, and the rarer the block, perhaps the better the bakugan). 4. While I do intend to have the team put Leonidas and Vladitor in eventually, I didn't think of putting them in the doom dimension. I think that is a terrific idea. 5. Again, I like that idea. but I'm not sure about being able to win another's bakugan in the doom dimension. The team will have to look deeper into that. 6. perhaps, though I don't think we can stop other players from moving (would be unfair to them), and it would be pretty unfair if they cannot do stuff for the duration of the battle, like fight nighttime mobs, or get their stuff from their furnace. So I'm not so sure about that. 7. We are planning to add evolution eventually (not right away). how that will work, even we are still debating. Certainly allowing them to absorb infinity/silent/perfect core/etc. could be one way, and perhaps depending on the bakugan and how many evolution stages they are at will also be a factor and method. 8. Absolutely not. No offense, but I absolutely hated the life force system. I could never tell how it was based or worked. (Honestly, when marucho said it was a "clean, clear way to decide the winner" I thought he was crazy. the method in season 1 was much better and clearer). We will definitely be using the season 1 method of basing it on number of bakugan defeated. 9. For now, battles will be done using a system akin to season 1 battles: field is opened, each player places a gate card, and can each use 3 bakugan and 3 ability cards (and 1 fusion ability). Thank you for your input, and we will be sure to look further into some of your ideas. Be sure to submit more!

For 1. I never intended to mean they stand in full form outside of New Vestoria (maybe Doom Dimension) For 6. it doesn't stop players from moving or interacting with thing outside a small area (so the brawler doesn't get ambushed by mobs during/after the brawl For 8. life force was recorded by for each 10% lost, you were defeated by 50g (1%=5g) it limited it to one captured bakugan per brawl (1000%=500g)

Ah. Well, I don't think we'll include any mobs besides bakugan in new vestroia. 6. For the record, brawls will take place in an alternate dimension, like they did in season 1. So being ambushed isn't really an issue (though perhaps when the player returns from the battle, we could make surrounding mobs disappear) 8. Ah, so that is how it works. Regardless, I still don't like the life gauge system, and I'd prefer the season 1 method instead.

I have some more ideas, as well as concerns. I'm going to post them in small sections.
A concern is that method of victory in season required three Bakugan on both sides. Is there a way to get by this? (Since it appears that you start with one Bakugan, your Guardian Bakugan) You could add a invertory tab specifically for Bakumobs itmes, as well as a place to put the BAkugan, and cards you are going to use, that way you don't have to decide in battle and have Bakugan, gate cards, and ability cards filling up you inventory. One last idea is you Guardian Bakugan could be any of the Brawlers Bakugan plus Hydranoid (of course) and, if you want, you could include Leonidas as an option, and then select an Attribute (that way you can have you favorite brawler's Bakugan, but in you favorite Attribute, Crystal wouldn't be an option).

I was thinking of some Bakugan related items, and, to prevent them being too overpowered, they could have a special way of being crafted. 1. You could use Gorem Rock (rare drop from Gorems and Hammer Gorems) to craft a Gorem Table (decoration and material) 2. For iron ingots, button, redstone repeater, and Dragonoid Fire (rare Dragonoid Drop) you can craft the Dragonoid Blowtorch (material and tool, acts like flint and steel, but more durability and cannot be used for crafting after being used for lighting fires) 3. Using the blowtorch and table, you can craft a Bakugan equipment crafter (don't have an idea for the name), it has a crafting table GUI with a a slot for Dragonoid Fire. 4. Using the recipe (normal minecraft) plus one Dragonoid fireyou can craft most of the items in the mod

Now the Armor. Each has one or two abilities and one or two potion effect 1. Preyas Boots. Waterbreathing. You don't slow down in water. If you shift when you enter or drop onto water, you walk on water (only while shifting) 2. Dragonoid Leggings. Fire Resistance. You light anything that hits you on fire. Right clicking on a block lights a fire, like flint and steel, but it consumes durability 3. Gorem Chestplate. Resistance 3. Health Boost 5. No fall damage. 4. Leonidas Helmet. Night Vision. Immunity to Poison and Wither. When wearing full set, shift-right clicking shoots a beam that does 4 damage a second, but cost 1-2 hunger for second (stops at 1 hunger left) or costs 1-2 durability for second.

Finally Tools. Each has two effects/abilities 1. Skyress Sword. Jump Boost 4. Can shoot projectiles that do 6 damage, fly like a max charged bow, and cost durability. 2. Tigerra Pickaxe. Can break any block, mines really fast, and has highest mining level. Gives a 100% chance to drop heads if used for final blow (works on creepers, skeletons, withers skeletons, zombies, and players). 3. Vladitor Battle Ax. (drops from Battle Ax Vladitor, but can be crafted from Vladitor armor shards) Strength 2. Can be "thrown" which uses durability and does 4-5 damage. 4. Gorem Shovel. Right Clicking on certain blocks changes those blocks (Stone to Cobblestone to Gravel to Dirt to Sand). Absorption 5. 5. Hydranoid Hoe. Give Blindness to anything you hit. Right click to shoot dark balls of energy that do 3 damage, gives Wither 1 and costs durability.

Sorry about all of the posts. All are rare drops from the Bakugan named and all evolutions ABOVE them (example, Vladitor include Battle Ax Vladitor, but Battle Ax Vladitor doesn't include Vladitor/ Dragonoid includes all Dragonoids, but Helix Dragonoid would only include Helix Dragonoids and above evolutions.): 1. Dragonoid Fire - Dragonoid 2. Tigerra Blads - Tigerra 3. Gorem Rock - Gorem 4. Preyas Scale - Preyas 5. Skyress Tail-Feather - Skyress 6. Hydranoid Spike - Hydranoid 7. Leonidas Plate - Leonidas 8. Vladitor Armor Shard - Vladitor 9. Vladitor Battle Ax - Battle Ax Vladitor

If you recall, in season 1, 3 was the limit, not the minimum. You could use 2, or 1. Several battles in season 1 demonstrate use of only 1 bakugan. Its just recommended that you use 3. You lose when all 3 or less of your bakugan are defeated. I considered a special tab, but I don't know, because how would it work when you want to throw the bakugan or use a card? The concept of a "guardian bakugan" and whether or not to have one is completely up to the player. If they want a guardian bakugan, they would simply decide that one of them is their guardian. Perhaps in the future we will add a mechanism to designate a guardian with the game. For now, you want it to be your guardian, its your guardian. Most likely, you won't get a bakugan at the beginning, you'll simply have to find it when digging and stuff. Regarding the items you mentioned, I don't know that we'll add these special items. Certainly not with the first release. Too much work, and not at the top of our priorities at the moment.

The special tab would become active in brawls (it would replace your hot bar temporarily) and I didn't intend the items to be added this early, just future options.
